Bar & Waiting Staff (Accommodation Available for Six Weeks), Guernsey

Our client, an established hospitality business in Guernsey, is looking for an experienced bar and waiting staff member to join its team.

Role

The position involves supporting bar and table service while providing friendly and efficient customer service. The opportunity is expected to continue for longer than six weeks.

Key responsibilities
• Serving drinks and assisting with bar service.
• Taking and serving customer orders accurately and politely.
• Preparing service areas and clearing tables.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Supporting colleagues during busy service periods.

Person specification
• Previous bar, waiting or hospitality experience would be beneficial.
• Friendly, reliable and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• A positive team player with good communication skills.
• Currently resident in Guernsey and able to meet the relevant right-to-work requirements.
