The role:
• Waitressing and bartending duties
• Intimate seafood and fish restaurant, 40-person capacity
• Based on the beautiful island of Sark
• Excellent accommodation provided above the premises
• No pay deductions — what you earn, you keep
• 1.5 days off per week
• Seasonal contract through to 31 October 2026
