Are you a passionate chef looking for a truly unique season? We have an exciting Chef de Partie opportunity at an intimate 40-cover restaurant specialising in seafood and fresh fish, set on the stunning island of Sark.

The role:
• Seafood and fish-focused restaurant, 40-person capacity
• Based on the beautiful island of Sark
• Excellent accommodation provided above the premises
• No pay deductions — what you earn, you keep
• 1.5 days off per week
• Seasonal contract through to 31 October 2026
