Housekeeper, Sark

Our client runs a charming, family-operated boutique hospitality and artisanal business in Sark. Operating from their home estate, they manage two busy B&Bs, a chocolate kitchen, a shop, a cafe, and a tea garden. They are seeking an energetic, adaptable individual for this "all-hands-on-deck" role.

Key Responsibilities
• Housekeeping: Managing guest changeovers and cleaning bedrooms/bathrooms for two small B&Bs (3 and 4 bedrooms).
• Boutique & Cafe Support: Assisting in the chocolate shop/cafe with cleaning, packing stock, and serving drinks or snacks.

Hours & Seasonal Shifts

This is a permanent, hourly paid role with seasonal fluctuations:
• March to December: 40 hours per week.
• January & February: 20 hours per week.

Accommodation & Benefits
• The Cottage: On-site accommodation provided in a traditional granite garden cottage with stunning views toward Jersey (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room).
• Occupancy: Sole use from September to June; shared with two summer students from July to August. A small weekly deduction applies for utilities.
• Visas: The employer will fully sponsor and process a work permit/visa if required.

Candidate Requirements
No experience is required as full training is provided. You must be physically fit for demanding housework, reliable, and genuinely excited to embrace a close-knit, small-island lifestyle.
