The Role: Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef
This is a senior appointment requiring an individual capable of managing the full scope of a busy, high-volume kitchen. The right candidate will have:
• Proven Leadership: A strong track record in managing kitchen brigades and driving performance in high-pressure environments.
• Expertise: Extensive experience at an elevated level, having progressed to Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef positions.
• Strategic Oversight: Exceptional skills in kitchen management, efficient menu development, and operational control.
