Chef de Partie, Guernsey

A comfortable Guernsey hotel set in a rural location, combined with a popular award-winning restaurant, is seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie. This is to start asap therefore this role would suit a candidate who is ideally already based in Guernsey or the UK.

Duties will include daily preparation and presentation of food and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean.

Previous experience in the UK will be advantageous and preferably at minimum one rosette standard.

The candidate will be expected to run a section on their own. This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Accommodation available.
