Role
This is a client-facing position within a high-end retail showroom, focused on delivering a personalised and luxury customer experience. The role involves managing jewellery sales, building long-term client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver a personalised and high-quality customer experience at every stage of the client journey
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Advise customers on fine jewellery and high-value pieces with confidence
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and standards
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share product knowledge
• Ensure a professional and polished approach in all client interactions
Person specification
• Proven experience within fine jewellery or luxury retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and well-presented, with a client-focused approach
• Commercially aware with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Confident, personable and passionate about delivering exceptional service
• Ability to build relationships and provide a tailored customer experience
