Experienced Chef (Sushi & All-Rounder), Guernsey

Our client operates a premier kitchen and bar alongside a high-end café in Guernsey and is looking to connect with a genuinely high-calibre Chef. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong all-rounder who can demonstrate solid experience in café and brunch service, combined with fine dining exposure in both Asian and Western cuisine.

We are looking for a professional who can operate at a high standard, work independently, and contribute to elevating consistency and presentation across the kitchen. This will suit a versatile chef who can bring additional strength to their culinary output.

The Requirements The successful candidate must possess confident sushi preparation skills, exceptional knife work, and proven experience in butchery and fish preparation. You should be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Please note that candidates must have their own accommodation on the island to be considered for this position.
