This popular restaurant and small hotel is known for its lively atmosphere and welcoming team environment, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced bar professional looking to work in a fast-paced setting.

Role Overview
This is a seasonal, full-time position running from 1 March 2026 until the end of the season. The successful candidate will work a five-day week on a shift basis, delivering high levels of service in a dynamic, customer-facing bar environment. Staff meals are provided while on duty. Please note: accommodation is not provided.

Key Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages to guests, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks.
• Providing friendly and attentive service in a busy bar setting.
• Ensuring the bar is clean, well-stocked, and professionally presented at all times.
• Working closely with front-of-house and kitchen colleagues to ensure seamless service.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous bar or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the flexibility to work a range of shifts are essential. This role would suit someone already based in Guernsey, as accommodation is not offered.
