CaterQuest Terms & Conditions of Business 2009
The engagement of an applicant resulting from our introduction will be deemed an acceptance of our terms and an agreement to pay our fee.
The fee payable by the Client to CaterQuest recruitment is for the introduction of an applicant. The word “introduction” means the presentation of an applicant by CaterQuest to the Client for engagement whether or not the Client knows the applicant personally.
Introductions are confidential. To pass them on to any other person, firm or corporation resulting in an engagement renders the Client liable to pay our fee as though the client himself has engaged the applicant.
The fee is presented to the Client within one week from engagement of the applicant.
The Client is bound by these Terms & Conditions to inform CaterQuest of the value of the gross annual salary agreed with the candidate.
For commission based fees, should employment be terminated within eight weeks of engagement and provided the client informs CaterQuest within seven days notice of such termination, CaterQuest will undertake to find a replacement within one month, but failing this, a scaling percentage refund will be agreed and credited to the Client's account.
For flat based fees, should employment be terminated within one week of engagement and provided the client informs CaterQuest within 24hours of such termination, CaterQuest will undertake to find a replacement within 48 hours, but failing this, The invoice will be cancelled or credited to the Client's account
FEES
Permanent Staff
£10,000 - £11,999 gross annual salary £400
£12,000 - £14,999 gross annual salary £500
£15,000 - £17,999 gross annual salary 7.5%
£18,000 - £23,999 gross annual salary 10%
£24,000 - £34,999 gross annual salary 11%
£35,000 + gross annual salary 12%
Fees for permanent placements and flat based fees are due within seven days of commencement of employment.

CATERQUEST ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR DELAY HOWSOEVER CAUSED, ARISING FROM THE USE OF PERSONNEL APPOINTMENTS' SERVICES. THE AGENCY ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE A TEMPORARY WORKER FOR ALL OR PART OF THE PERIOD OF THE TEMPORARY BOOKING.
These Terms & Conditions cancel all previous.
