Temporary Chef de Partie, Guernsey

Duration: February & March Start Date: Immediate

A well-regarded hotel and restaurant client in Guernsey is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a two-month temporary assignment covering February and March.

The Role:
• Taking responsibility for a designated kitchen section within a busy hotel/restaurant environment.
• Supporting the kitchen brigade during service to ensure high-quality output for both à la carte and resident dining.
• Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are strictly maintained.

Requirements:
• Current Guernsey Residency: The client requires an immediate start, so only candidates currently living on the island can be considered.
• Previous professional experience at Chef de Partie level, ideally within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
• A proactive, reliable approach to supporting a professional kitchen team.
