Kitchen Manager, Guernsey
Our client operates a busy, well-established baguette and wraps shop and is seeking a Kitchen Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment and offers an excellent opportunity for progression for the right individual.
The Role
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the shop, including:
• Day-to-day management of kitchen and counter operations
• Till operation and cashing up
• Stock ordering and basic administration
• Opening and locking up the premises
• Food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
• Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
Working Hours
• Monday to Saturday: 5:00am – 5:30pm
• Sunday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
The Ideal Candidate
• Experience in a fast-paced food retail or kitchen environment
• Confident with cash handling and till systems
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently
• Strong spoken English essential
• Comfortable working early starts
