Bar Manager / Senior Bartender – Accommodation Available

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to take on a key front-of-house role within a busy and welcoming venue. Our client is seeking a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender to lead a small team and help deliver consistently high service standards in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing day-to-day bar operations, including stock management and team supervision.
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience through professional, attentive service.
• Training and supporting junior team members to uphold service quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and bar presentation.
• Coordinating with senior management on operational requirements and supplier orders.

The ideal candidate will have previous bar or supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. This role includes accommodation and would suit someone seeking a hands-on, team-oriented position in a supportive environment.
