Bar/Service Team Member, Guernsey

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established hospitality venue in Guernsey as a Bar/Service Team Member. This is a dual-role position supporting both the bar and restaurant floor, ideal for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a flexible approach to customer service.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Serving drinks and preparing beverages in line with company standards.
• Taking food and drink orders at tables and providing attentive table service.
• Maintaining a clean and presentable bar and dining area throughout the shift.
• Greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Handling payments and operating tills and POS systems.
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy service periods.
• Following licensing regulations and adhering to food safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
• The successful candidate will have previous experience in either a bar or restaurant service role, with a willingness to work across both areas as needed.
• A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach are essential.
• This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied front-of-house environment and is looking to grow within a supportive team.
• Accommodation is available in a nearby staff house if required.
