F&B Deputy Manager, Guernsey

Our client, a well-established hospitality business in Guernsey, is seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Deputy Manager to oversee the restaurant, bar, and accommodation operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to progress into senior management while enjoying a comprehensive package that includes accommodation and additional benefits.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service.
• Manage online reservations and rate management using contemporary PMS systems.
• Train, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and EHO regulations, ensuring top-tier hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and operational improvements.
• Foster a positive and professional working environment with a hands-on leadership approach.

The successful candidate will have:
• Proven leadership experience in hospitality at a 3/4-star level.
• A strong understanding of restaurant management, online booking systems, and rate management.
• A proactive, people-focused approach with excellent team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP and EHO management.
• Experience in the Guernsey hospitality market (advantageous but not essential).
• A hardworking, dedicated attitude with a strong sense of duty and humor.
• Commitment to a five-year term with a Guernsey housing license.
