Head Chef, Guernsey

Our client is a well-known and beautiful hotel in Guernsey seeking to recruit a Head Chef specializing in Traditional English Cuisine to lead their small team of 4 culinary enthusiasts.

As the Head Chef, the candidate will oversee all aspects of their kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, authentic English dishes to both residents and non-residents on a daily basis. Additionally, you will be responsible for catering small functions as needed.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Traditional English Cuisine.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a small team.
• Extensive knowledge of traditional English recipes, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
