Head Chef, Guernsey
Our client is a well-established hotel and restaurant on Guernsey, boasting great views over St Peter Port and amazing food based on local fresh produce is seeking to recruit a Head Chef.
Key responsibilities will include;
• Ensure the whole team achieves a high quality and consistency in the dishes they produce.
• Ensure all administrative requirements are completed in line with company policy, i.e. stock control, GP, HACCAP.
The successful candidate will have:
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, or will be looking to move from Sous Chef to their first Head Chef position.
