In order to find you committed, professional staff, we interview all of our Candidates, either in person at our centrally located offices in St Peter Port, or by telephone interview. This process allows us to accurately analyse each candidate's experience and suitability. In the case of foreign nationals, we assess their individual English Language skills to ensure their speaking and writing abilities conform to your job requirements.
We have many skilled Candidates currently registered with us who are looking for employment, but we can also undertake specific searches to find the right individual for your vacancy.
Fee Structures
We are living in difficult times and we all appreciate the need for value services. With this in mind we offer a simplified pricing structure. We charge a variable fee for positions such as KP’s set between £400-£500. For higher roles such as Restaurant Managers and Head Chefs we have a sliding percentage fee set between 7.5% - 12%.
